Barclays launches structured investment platform

Barclays has launched online pricing and execution platform Comet for wealth managers to trade structured products.

The platform will allow wealth managers to trade and execute tailored investment products across a range of assets.

Lisa Chaudhuri, who works within UK investors solutions at Barclays, says: “Comet is a major step forward from existing online propositions in that it enables UK wealth managers to price, trade and execute flow structured investments with documentation generated automatically for maximum efficiency.”

She adds: “We believe this is a segment of the market with significant growth potential and we are committed to remaining at the forefront of innovation to help professional investors offer their clients the best possible service and execution.”


UK inflation falls to 3% in April
