Barclays launches range of fixed rates

Barclays Mortgages is introducing a three-year fixed-mortgage at 7.19 per cent that can be transferred for further three-year period.


It also launching a three-year capped-rate mortgage at 7.19 per cent, a two-year mortgage fixed at 6.59 per cent and a three-year mortgage fixed at 6.79 per cent.


The lender says that none of its fixed-rate mortgages have extended early repayment interest and all customers are offered further rates at the end of their fixed-term.
