Type: Guaranteed equity bond for investors with offshore life bonds

Aim: Income linked to the performance of the FTSE 100, S&P 500 and Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50 indices

Minimum investment: £10,000, euro 15,000, $15,000

Term: Five years

Return: Sterling and dollar investments –2% guaranteed income a year plus 4.75% annual bonus if all three indices are above their starting value, euro investments – 0.5% guaranteed income a year plus 5.5% annual bonus if all three indices are above their starting values

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full regardless of the performance of the index

Closing date: November 28, 2006
