Baigrie Davies appoints new MD

Baigrie Davies has appointed a new managing director to replace Tom Baigrie who will continue to oversee the adviser firm but will concentrate on the day-to-day running of sister firm Lifesearch.

Currently head of financial planning at Baigrie Davies Ian Howe will be taking up the role of md and will be reporting to Tom Baigrie.

Howe will be reponsible for the day-to-day running of Baigrie Davies in order to allow Baigrie to focus more on Lifesearch.

Other developments include the launch of a new wrap platform with Standard Life and a website redesign for the adviser firm.

Baigrie Davies and LifeSearch are also setting up a Baigrie Davies LifeSearch Financial Planning Academy.

Boost for B&B as lending rises 43%
