Axa is making the full Architas investment fund range available through platforms other than Elevate for the first time.
Only a small number of Architas funds have previously been available through other platforms.
The full range of funds will now be available through Cofunds, FundsNetwork, Transact, Nucleus, Ascentric, Seven Investment Management, Hargreaves Lansdown and Standard Life.
Architas says it has also had the fund range analysed by risk profiling firms Finametrica and Distribution Technology.
Architas head of business development Cedric Bucher (pictured) says: “Architas’ strategy to make its funds available through a broad range of platforms and Sipp providers means that more advisers will be able to take advantage of what Architas has to offer, particularly timely as we have very recently announced the launch of our clean share classes.”
In October 2011, Axa announced it would reward clients who invest in Architas funds through Elevate by waiving the Elevate platform charge for the life of the investment, provided it was held until the end of 2012.
Thomas and Thomas Financial Services managing director Darren Lloyd Thomas says: “I think this is a good move to make these funds available to clients on other platforms. It shows the fluidity of the platform market because all funds seem to be available everywhere now.”
