Axa appoints marketing director

Axa Sun Life has appointed Frank Wilson formerly of Prudential retail as its marketing director.

Wilson will work alongside Axa Sun Life&#39s strategic change director Rob Lee to extend the Sun Life brand through IFAs and direct marketing. He will manage a team of over 100 at the company, the fourth largest insurer in the UK.

Wilson left the Pru in September after the merger of its retail and group pensions divisions when Sean Tompkins became head of marketing for the new group, Prudential Financial Services.
