AWD Chase de Vere launches practice buy out solution for advisers

National IFA firm AWD Chase de Vere has launched a practice buy-out solution for advisers who wish to bring existing businesses into the group structure.

The recruitment drive is expected to attract advisers who are facing difficulties with the current market climate or who are looking to retire in the next five to 10 years.

The solution has been launched as part of a series of incentives for high level business contributions and is designed to offer substantial rewards on retirement.

AWD Chase de Vere marketing director Martyn Laverick says: “We have looked at many of the packages available on the market and most of them promise a great deal but you need to read the small print. Our package is highly competitive and straight forward. We do not believe in promising one thing only to take it away later.”
