Avelo’s Exchange Portal back up and running after outage

Avelo’s Echange Portal is working again after crashing earlier today.

Earlier this afternoon, the portal crashed meaning advisers could not acess its services. Avelo says it has now fixed the problem and the portal should be working as normal.

The service allows intermediaries to access real-time quotes and commission details direct from providers and to compare different products for clients.

    OMFG! No way! Rearry?

  2. Thought I couldn’t get on it – was just going to ring them so thanks for the update!!

  3. Wahay! Stick to Assureweb!

  4. “Avelo says it is not yet sure when the service will be up and running again but will keep users posted via its website.” That would be the website that doesn’t work then.

  5. No Tom, it’s the main Avelo website which does work that will provide updates

  6. Wonder why people use it. It costs money and Assureweb is free. Anyway the commission part of the proposition looks to be a dead duck anyway!
