AssureSoft is planning to give every IFA their own website to literally
lead customers to their doors with an online map from clients' homes to IFA
Consumers who input their address are provided with a map and directions
to their nearest or preferred IFA.
The DBS-owned software provider says, unlike other electronic application
and quotation services which provide only contact details for advisers, the
sole purpose of AssureWeb's new facility is gener-ating leads and making
adv- ice accessible.
AssureSoft has formed a strategic alliance with e-commerce solutions company
SoftAd to produce IFA Win dow Professional software which allows IFAs to
build their own websites.
AssureSoft is hoping the latest initiative will boost the ranks of 4,000
existing IFA users by thousands.

include home pages with individual branding, service details and staff
Advisers can opt to pay for service add-ons, including product glossaries,
financial calculators, industry news and product providers' literature.
IFAs can also choose to offer customers their own tailored access to the
website, My World, which lets customers tailor the site to their individual
