Ashcourt Rowan appoints investment chief

Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management has appointed Toni Meadows as its chief investment officer.

Meadows (pictured) will report to managing director of asset management David Esfandi, who is reveiwing the company’s investment proposition and process for the wider group.

He joins from Broadstone Pensions & Investments and has been charged with growing its research capability and to ensure it has a “first class” equity and collectives research and portfolio construction team.

Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management business director Christopher Jeffreys says: “He is a hugely experienced and knowledgeable CIO with an impressive track record both in managing funds and in direct investments.”

He adds: “He will play a leading role in the work we are doing to refine our investment processes and propositions across the group including the enhancement of our research support for asset managers and financial planners.”
