Ascentric managing director Hugo Thorman is to take up a new role at the platform as executive chairman.
Current non-executive chairman Clive Boothman will remain on the board as a non-executive director, and the firm plans to bring in a new managing director.
Thorman will take up his new role once a successor has been found.
Ascentric says the move is part of the continued growth of the Royal London-owned business.
Ascentric head of marketing Dominic Ventham says: “Hugo recognises there is a need to extend the scope and experience of the management team here, and the best way of doing that is to bring in a managing director and for him to take the executive chairman role.”
