Armstrong IM hires Simon Ellis as consultant

Armstrong Investment Managers has hired Simon Ellis as a consultant to drive its business strategy.

As well as heading up the review of the Financial Services Skills Council’s re-structure Ellis began work on business development at the newly formed multi asset investment house at the beginning of June.

Armstrong Investment Managers joint managing partner Patrick Armstrong says: “He’s helping us with the distribution plans and big picture thinking on where to position our funds. In the first month he was very active and now it’s more of a part time consulting job.”
