There’s been a fair amount of coverage in the media surrounding pay equality, maternity, paternity and discrimination – it might be hard to work out if all aspects of your company is operating fairly towards both sexes.

While many businesses offer a range of perks and benefits for all staff, research conducted by ICM shows that women are much less happy with their workplace wellbeing than men. Fewer women felt that the support offered by their employer didn’t meet their specific needs. With more women in the workforce than ever before, it’s important for companies to recognise the different values and backgrounds of their varied workforce.
