Milburn will begin his new role with the insurer on 3 March, following 11 months as B2B marketing manager at Close Brothers Asset Management.
He brings significant experience in financial services marketing, having served as interim head of marketing at Ageas for 17 months and head of marketing at Munich Re between June 2008 and February 2011.
Prior to that Milburn was IFA marketing manager for Royal Liver Assurance. He also spent more than four years as employee benefits marketing manager at RSA.
A spokesman for Prudential says: “We look forward to Andy joining Pru. He has considerable experience in financial services marketing and will oversee operations and central services for Prudential.”
