Andrew Rice joins Steve Bee at JargonFreeBenefits

Paradigm Pensions has appointed Andrew Rice to the newly created position of business partner strategy.

Rice joins from employee benefits software developer Staffcare where he held a number of senior positions. He will now work closely with Paradigm Pensions founder Steve Bee to develop and grow online compliance service JargonFreeBenefits.

Andrew Rice says: “It is not often you come across a genuinely ground-breaking proposition in this industry, let alone be given the opportunity to play an important part in its future development and direction.”
