AMP set to acquire Towry Law

EXCLUSIVE

Money Marketing understands insurance group AMP is set to acquire national IFA Towry Law as part of its UK expansion strategy.

The move follows the announcement on February 23 that Towry Law suspended its shares pending a stockmarket announcement.

AMP spokesman Ken McKay says: “We do not comment on rumours.”

Towry Law marketing director Mike Bowman says he cannot comment due to stock exchange rules.
