Allianz launches pan-European fund range for UK market

Allianz Global Investors has made five funds designed for the pan-European market available to the UK retail market.

The Allianz Global investors premier range will bring together the group’s best equity funds covering the key areas of Europe, US, Japan, and emerging markets.

The fund range comprises three new funds and two rebrands that were previously only available to German investors.

The Alliance RCM funds are Euroland equity growth, Europe equity, Japan equity, US equity and global emerging markets equity and all five will be offered to institutional and retail investors across continental Europe.

Allianz says further funds are planned for the range next year.

Allianz Global Investors head of sales and marketing Nick Smith says: “Our business already brings together a distinctive network of investment firms and some of the world’s finest managers, such as RCM-this development takes our offering to a new level.”

“We are now able to provide clients with some of the best products from across the whole of Allianz Global Investors family , wherever they are in Europe.”


With-profits values could rise by 3%

With-profits shareholders could see an increase in values of up to 3 per cent under amendments to the policyholder/shareholder split of assets announced by the FSA.
