Fixed term: Until March 31, 2011

Fixed rate: 5.74%

Minimum loan: £25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £750,000, up to 50% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 120% for loans above 75% of valuation, at least 100% for loans up to 75% of valuation

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty, unlimited properties allowed within a total maximum of £3m

Arrangement fee: 1.5% of the original loan

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in the first two years
