Alexander Hall considering stock market float

Alexander Hall has confirmed it could soon float on the London stock market, as part of the proposed listing of estate agent Foxtons’ parent company Heven Holdings.

Heven, owned by millionaire Jon Hunt and valued at £400m, has hired Credit Suisse to advise on the potential IPO.

Alexander Hall chief operating officer Andy Pratt says: “The valuation of Heven includes Alexander Hall so we are looking at our options which includes a floatation.”
