Alexander Hall and Foxtons late filing accounts

Alexander Hall and estate agency Foxtons, both owned by BC Partners, are one month late in filing their accounts with Companies House.

Earlier this year, Foxtons Holdings, which includes Alexander Hall, breached its lending agreements with its banks Bank of America and Mizuho after amassing debts of £260m.

The acounts were due to be filed with Companies House on October 31.

  1. A company near us Henderson Leisure Ltd should have filed first account by December 2008 and still has not done so. Are companies house being even handed? 06089755
