Agressive growth trust launched by BWD Rensburg

BWD Rensburg Unit Trust Managers has launched its first focus fund, the BWD Aggressive Growth Trust, to meet the demand for higher risk and higher return products.

It says the objective of the new fund is to provide a total return in excess of the total return achieved by the FTSE all share index over the medium to longer term.

The trust will be managed on what it calls a &#39best ideas&#39 basis with a focus on absolute return and little or no reference to benchmark weightings.

It will invest principally in UK equities and hold between 25 to 40 stocks with a minimum portfolio exposure of 1.5 per cent to any one company.
