Ageas Protect makes two senior appointments

Ageas Protect has appointed Scott Reid as head of pricing and reinsurance and Richard Halley as partnership manager.

Reid has previously held roles at Aon Benfield, Scor, Gen Re and Scottish Widows, while Halley joins from Bupa, where he was the commercial manager for partnerships.

Ageas Protect acting managing director Darren Spriggs says: “These new appointments are a significant demonstration of the continued success of Ageas Protect and its commitment to further develop our innovative business.

“The addition of Scott and Richard to our team, coupled with their vast knowledge and experience, will be invaluable to ensure we continue to strongly compete in the market, focusing on the year ahead and the opportunities it brings for Ageas Protect.”
