Aegon links up with Old Broad Street and Mercer

Aegon has teamed up with Old Broad Street Research and Mercer to offer a new investment proposition to corporate and individual clients.

It includes a new multi-manager offering, with a guidance, corporate governed, select sector and risk-profiled range of funds. Advisers can pick off the shelf or build a bespoke offering.

The guidance range comp- rises 176 best of breed funds, giving exposure to different sectors and asset classes.

The select sector portfolio features access to 10 fund of funds. Funds will be selected by both OBSR and Mercer and will include UK equity, North American equity, corporate bonds and absolute return portfolios. The select risk portfolio range is a range of eight funds.

A corporate governed offering includes 46 funds chosen with Mercer for corporate clients.

Aegon has also launched an investment and retirement planning tool with Financial Express, a whole of market proposition which is designed to take advisers through the advice process from start to finish.
