Advantage Home Loans reassures brokers of its position following Watchdog report

Advantage Home Loans would like to make it clear it has no relationship with Advantage Loans based in Bournemouth which appeared on the BBC’s Watchdog programme.

Advantage Home Loans, the mortgage arranger has received a number of phone calls from brokers concerned with the content of the programme and it wishes to clarify the situation.

Advantage Home Loans director Keith Dearling says:
“Advantage Home Loans would like to make it clear that it is not in any way associated with the Bournemouth based company Advantage Loans that appeared on watchdog on Tuesday 23 November. Advantage Home Loans is a fully regulated, FSA compliant branded mortgage arranger and operates solely through qualified brokers and financial advisers who handle all applications on their clients behalf. Advantage Home Loans, based in Chester, is committed to delivering excellence in its service standards and is keen to ensure there is no confusion between it and the company that appeared on Watchdog. We are currently in discussions with Watchdog to ensure that they reiterate this difference to viewers on the programme next week.
