Accord moves to weekly proc fees

Accord Mortgages will pay all of its procuration fees weekly, from today.

Accord Mortgages will pay all of its procuration fees weekly, from today.

It currently pays procuration fees on new business, including additional lending, and earlier this year raised its retention proc fee to the same level as for new business.

Sales director Iain Smith says: “Weekly payment has been high on the priority list of developments that intermediaries have been asking us for – so we’re delighted to make this announcement in time for the year end.”
