Minimum property value reduced to £100,000 from £150,000, minimum applicant age reduced to 25 from 30, minimum applicant income reduced from to £20,000 from £35,000, 40 mile distance from borrower to property location restriction now lifted, broker-certified copies of documentation now accepted instead of original documents
