ACA calls for member nominated trustee guideline flexibility

The Association of Consulting Actuaries is calling for the Government to make member nominated trustee arrangements more flexible to reflect changed company structures.


It is also calling for the 1995 Pensions Act to be revised to include a reference to actuarial guidance being issued to clarify what must be taken into account before an actuarial certificate is given.
