Aim: To provide investors with the choice of growth, balanced or income through a discretionary portfolio management service.

Minimum investment: £25,000.

Investment split: Equities – (UK – growth 55 per cent, balanced 50 per cent, income 46 per cent. North America – growth 6 per cent, balanced 4 per cent, income 2 per cent. Europe – growth 14 per cent, balanced 12 per cent, income 5 per cent. Japan – growth 1 per cent. Pacific (excluding Japan) – growth 1 per cent). UK bonds – balanced 13 per cent, income 26 per cent, Overseas bonds – growth 16 per cent, balanced 13 per cent, income 26 per cent. Cash/other investments – growth 7 per cent, balanced 9 per cent and income 7 per cent.

Yield: Balanced – 3.47 per cent, income – 4.41 per cent.

Charges: Initial – 4 per cent, annual 1.25 per cent plus VAT subject to a minimum of £300 plus VAT.

Income facility: Monthly option available on balanced and income options.
