ABI issues ethical investment guidelines

The ABI is issuing investment guidelines to encourage companies to disclose their approach to corporate social responsibility.

The guidelines will set out what institutional investors will expect to see disclosed in annual reports of companies n which they hold stakes.

ABI director Mary Francis says: “I am pleased that the ABI as been able to respond too members&#39 wishes in this constructive role. Successful, responsible companies are good for society and their shareholders.”
