Aberdeen wins AIC website award

Aberdeen Asset Managers has picked up the accolade for best website in the Association of Investment Companies 15th annual Best Information to Shareholders Awards.

The website was praised for its clarity and user-friendly format and its use of video interviews with fund managers.

The judges included Hargreaves Lansdown head of research Mark Dampier and University of Edinburgh senior lecturer in finance Dr Andy Adams.

Aberdeen head of investment companies William Hemmings says: “The AIC best website award is recognition of Aberdeen’s ongoing commitment to providing investment trust investors with high quality information and timely analytics together with regular market views from our investment managers.

“The Aberdeen Investment Trust Centre,, is a gateway for investors to access the dedicated, individual websites for the eighteen UK-domiciled investment companies that Aberdeen manages.”
