Highlights include a 2 year fixed rate mortgage from 5.14 per cent and 5 year fixed rate mortgage from 5.24 per cent. The range is also open to intermediaries.

For customers applying for a mortgage directly via a branch or by telephone, arrangement fees have been reduced by 100 for a 2 year fixed rate at 5.24 per cent, 2 year tracker rate at 4.79 per cent and the flexible plus deal for life mortgages at 5.24 per cent.
