Abbey introduces home buyer solution

Abbey is introducing a Home Buyer Solution, a package of benefits to help buyers with the cost of moving.

It allows first time buyers and home movers to take advantage of free valuation and legal fees. A similar benefits packages is available to remortgage customers.

Abbey has also introduced a low-rate variable tracker mortgage offering a discount of 0.31 per cent off the Bank of England base rate.

The new tracker rates and benefits packages are part of a number of changes to Abbey&#39s Mortgage Choices range.
