Tracker rate: 2.19% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 2.69%

Minimum loan: £6,000

Maximum loan: Up to 70% of valuation subject to a maximum of £550,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Available for home purchase only, capital repayments up to 10% a year allowed without penalty subject to £500 minimum, free valuation on properties valued up to £2.5m, £250 cashback or free standard legal work

Arrangement fee: £495

Redemption fee: 2% of the amount repaid in the first two years plus plus repayment of cashback or up to £400 for legal work if mortgage repaid on or before March 2, 2012
