Abbey for Intermediaries reduces tracker rates

Abbey for Intermediaries is reducing the rates on three of its tracker mortgages from tomorrow.

The lender has reduced two of its two-year trackers, which are both available up to 75 per cent loan-to-value, by 0.11 per cent to 2.98 per cent.The products come with either a £995 or 1 per cent fee.

AfI has also reduced a three-year tracker by 0.11 per cent to 3.2 per cent for up to 75 per cent LTV.

The three products come with the lender’s remortgage solution, which offers basic mortgage valuation and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.

A spokeswoman says: “We are committed to support the housing market and are pleased to be able to support intermediaries and their clients with these latest rate reductions.”
