Tracker term: Two years

Tracker rate: 2.58% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 3.08%

Minimum loan: £6,000 if £995 arrangement fee chosen, £25,000 if 1% arrangement fee chosen

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £550,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the tracker period subject to a £500 minimum, free legal fees and free valuation for properties valued up to £2.5m for remortgages

Arrangement fee: £995 or 1% of the original loan

Redemption fee: 2% of the mortgage balance in the first two years plus £200 repayment of legal costs for remortgages repaid on or before April 2, 2013
