A sure thing for IFAs

DBS-owned e-commerce service provider Assureweb is spending £200,000 on a high-profile marketing campaign beginning this month.

Assureweb will be runn-ing the campaign until theend of this year to promote the launch of comparative term insurance quotes on its IFA portal.

The marketing push will also plug its capabilities for new business and continue the promotion of the IFAwebsite building service, IFA Window.

The drive will includefull-page advertisements in the major trade publications, direct marketing activit-ies, and other promotional measures.

As part of the company&#39s overall campaign to raise market awareness of Assureweb&#39s technology products and services, a new promotional marketing manager, Maxine Hughes, has been appointed.

Hughes joins Assureweb from financial software company Marlborough Stirling. She will be concentratingon providing co-operative marketing support for prod-uct providers and also for intermediaries.

Web design company Amicus Digital and marketing company Bradshaw Associates have also been brought on board.

AssureWeb sales and marketing director Nicola Mitchell says: “Our new comp- arative term and new busin-ess services are scheduledto go live in the next few weeks. We have therefore invested considerable resources behind promoting these services to help IFAs find out all about them.

“We have put together campaigns based on a whole new look and feel, using simple and clear language, backed up by attractive design. Many of our product provider partners have supported us in these campaigns.”
