7IM offers four passively managed Oeic funds

Investment management firm 7IM has launched a set of four passively managed Oeic funds available via its Tethys platform.

The Asset Allocated Passive funds employ exchange traded funds as an alternative to active funds to make up a majority of their portfolio. The funds are designed in a sliding scale of risk between moderately cautious and adventurous.

Also available through Capita Financial Services and Zurich’s Sterling onshore bond and pension, the funds operate with a total expense ratio below 1 per cent – before wrapper charges or trail costs.

7IM marketing director Justin Urquhart Stewart says: “Against a background of slowing global economic growth, investment returns are going to be challenged, and thus there will be an increasing focus on costs and how to reduce them.
