5D Finance launches packager bible

5D Finance has launched its new packager bible today.

The guide aims to provide packagers with everything they need to complete commercial mortgage business with 5D Finance.

The bible contains details of the 5D valuation panel, solicitor panel, and underwriting. It includes a sample of application forms, templates, contact details, information on all of 5D Finance’s products, and guidance notes of how to use the necessary documents to do business with 5D. All the tools of the packager trade.

Chief financial officer William Hodson says: “My colleagues may very well be enthralled by this all-singing all-dancing bit of kit, but with my CFO hat on I am absolutely horrified by the eye-watering expense. Each one costs over £200.”

Head of sales Nick Sneddon adds: “Packagers are our livelihood. A large part of my role is spending time with them, helping them to package applications quickly and accurately. This guide will help that happen. It covers everything from the Packager Engagement Agreement and the underwriting manual to application forms and Redemption Statement Requests. The data-stick and manual should be the bible at the fingertips of all those involved in packaging commercial mortgages.”
