20-minute loan offer on First Active site

Flexible mortgage specialist First Active is setting up a dedicated IFA website which can give a conditional mortgage offer in 20 minutes.

The intermediary bus iness centre will enable advisers to establish whe ther a client meets the mortgage criteria and can give a final answer on a loan within two days.

Advisers will be able to track a client’ application online at all stages and can present electronic mortgage statements to customers.

There is a current account mortgage calculator which gives intermediaries the opportunity to demonstrate the effect of underpayments and overpayments on a mortgage.

The website allows online access to business development man agers who the lenders say will give a final answer to a query within two days.

The intermediary bus iness centre can be acc essed via First Active’ website at www.firstactive. co.uk.
