1st – The Exchange founder Mik Cons buys into Parmenion

Mik Cons, the co-founder of 1st Software, now 1st – The Exchange, has been appointed partner of Parmenion, after acquiring a share of the firm for an undisclosed sum.

Mik Cons says: “The processes Parmenion has built are genuinely impressive, offering very high levels of administrative efficiency both internally and for the advisers using their services. Parmenion’s services can provide advisers with significant opportunities to develop their client service propositions as well as their business value. With the RDR developments gaining clarity, it is an opportune time for Parmenion and I am looking forward to an exciting future working with the company.”

Parmenion managing partner Richard Mein adds: “Having Mik become a partner in Parmenion is a great advantage for our business. Mik’s industry knowledge and IT expertise give Parmenion a great opportunity to further develop our adviser services and we are delighted to welcome him on board.”
