1st Exchange appoints chief technical officer

1st Exchange has appointed Omnibus Systems’ John Cunningham as chief technical officer.
Cunningham was a member of the executive board of directors at Omnibus and was responsible for the implementation of the company’s growth strategy.
The latest appointment at 1st Exchange follows the resignation of managing director David Child last month. Child has been replaced by former Ramesys managing director Chris Noblet.
Noblet says: “John brings with him extensive skills across multiple technology sectors developing, delivering and supporting a significant variety of technical solutions.
“He will be a great asset to the business and will help 1st Exchange drive forward its position as the market leader in financial services technology, through innovation and meeting the changing needs of the market. We are delighted to have him on board.”
