Predicting the future is always a difficult thing to do in any profession but with such major regulatory, demographic and technological change within the financial services sector it is even more challenging. The Tomorrow’s Client project aims to explore how the world is changing and to inform advisers, product providers and the wider industry on what tomorrow’s client will need and expect.
