The flaw in Fisher's claim

I have read many of the letters on this topic and am staggered that no one has yet spotted the obvious flaw in Towry Law chief executive Andrew Fisher’s statement.

He says it is not physically possible to trace back who these clients are and, in doing so, demonstrates either an ignorance of basic business practice that does him no credit.

His company receives the commission. Therefore, his company owns the servicing and commission rights. Therefore, he can obtain a client list from each company.

Therefore, he can trace and contact clients, with few exceptions. QED.

You just don’t want to contact the clients or you would be forced to either do the servicing work or give up the commission.
