L&G launches website for group protection
Legal & General has launched a new website for advisers selling group protection.
The new site is designed for advisers combining all of L&G’s employee benefit propositions across protection, pensions and savings.
It aims to help advisers boost business in the corporate market, maximise the cross selling opportunities and give a better service to their clients.
It includes technical guides and brochures, and targeted information for advisers, employers and employees.
L&G Group Protection sales director Glenn Laming says: “We’ve recognised that during 2010 and beyond, potential changes to the default retirement age and the introduction of personal accounts will provoke a catalyst of change across employee benefit packages.
“Developing a joint website is just one step in the direction of ensuring we present a comprehensive suite of solutions to help advisers give their clients the best possible advice and service.”

This is an excellent example of a provider giving advisers what they need as opposed to what they think we need.

This is an excellent example of a provider copying another provider.
