Bupa enhances online IP trading system

Bupa is enhancing its online services for IFAs who sell its income protection plan.
The IP provider is launching an enhanced version of its online trading system to allow advisers to upload multiple product applications in one action.
IFAs will be able to make policy alterations, arrange single or multiple start dates and direct debits for clients.
Bupa Health Assurance director Steve Payne says: “Our aim has always been to make our products as accessible and effective as possible for both intermediaries and their clients. Intermediary feedback has helped us to design a system which enables them to access our products in a menu-style format making administration simpler, quicker, flexible and more convenient.”
