Return: 1.8% gross income a quarter provided the index does not fall by more than 40% on any quarterly observation date

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 40% by the final day of the term

Closing date: February 17, 2012, January 20, 2012 for Isa transfers
