PBR: Labour failed to deliver PBR tasks, says Osborne
Shadow Chancellor George Osborne has hit out at the Labour party for failing to deliver three key tasks in its pre-Budget report today.
Speaking at the House of Commons today, Osborne said Chancellor Alistair Darling had three tasks - to restore confidence in Labour forecasts, produce a credible plan to deal with the debt crisis and deliver a real plan for growth.
But Osborne said Darling has delivered “no confidence, no credible plan and no growth”.
He added: “Why is it that every Labour Government that has ever been has taken us to the brink of bankruptcy. Your Government has inflicted on us the deepest recession in history.”

Just a few more arrows into a dying beast. But don't worry, the present government will soon be just another bad Labour dream of the past.
Let us just hope that the Conservatives have what it's going to take to sort out the almighty mess they'll be inheriting from Crash Gordon & Co.
