Cameron to hold emergency Budget if Tories win
Conservative leader David Cameron has said he would hold an emergency Budget within 50 days of the election if his party wins.
The purpose of the Budget would be to focus on how to contain the deficit and stimulate growth.

Speaking on BBC One’s Andrew Marr Show yesterday, Cameron said it would be “about getting the deficit under control”.
“But it should also be a budget that goes for growth that gets this economy moving again.”
But Chancellor Alistair Darling branded Cameron “two-faced” and said the Tories were planning a tough Budget that would “choke off the recovery”.
