Hornbuckle appoints Stewart Dick to new head of sales role
Hornbuckle Mitchell has appointed Stewart Dick to the newly-created position of head of sales.
Dick has worked at the Sipp provider for seven years, initially in administration and as a trustee consultant then senior technical consultant to IFAs.
The firm says, as head of sales, Dick will lead a team of trustee consultants providing technical support to advisers and developing key accounts, reporting to sales & marketing director Mary Stewart.
Dick says: “I am naturally delighted at this evolution of my current role. Hornbuckle Mitchell has made its name from its strong technical expertise and service levels rather than simply product sales.
“These are the building blocks of strong and lasting partnerships with IFAs. I’m looking forward to helping advisers develop their businesses because this is also the key to our continuing success.”
Managing director Dave White says: “This is another key step in our development and reinforces our determination to provide innovative pension solutions along with unrivalled levels of service and support.
“Stewart is highly knowledgeable, experienced and has superb technical knowledge. He is also someone who is used to working with financial advisers, helping them overcome problems and deliver effective solutions to clients. We are delighted he is stepping into this important new role.”
