Head of sales Turtle quits at Hornbuckle Mitchell

Hornbuckle Mitchell director and head of sales for London Elaine Turtle is leaving the Sipp provider.

Turtle is understood to be one of Hornbuckle’s top salespeople.

She is planning to travel for around a year before looking for another role.

The firm has not confirmed whether she will be replaced.

Managing director David White says: “After 25 years in pensions, Elaine has decided to look for a change of direction. We are sad to see her go. She has done really well for us in opening up the London office but obviously some people decide to make changes in their lives and look for something new. We wish her all the best.

Hornbuckle Mitchell recently announced that it is to close its administration office in London but has retained its sales office after the sale of its IFA arm created additional space in the company’s offices in Leicester and Holmes Chapel near Crewe in Cheshire.
